Financial Operations Coordinator / Accounting Support Specialist

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase orders and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
  • Manage supplier accounts, including queries, credit limits, and account reconciliations
  • Perform daily banking tasks, including inputting and processing payments and supplier invoices
  • Generate weekly supplier payment runs and ensure timely payment to suppliers
