Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Recruit Select Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that will contribute to the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage invoices and purchase orders
  • Manage supplier relationships, including account queries, credit limits, and account reconciliations
  • Perform daily banking tasks, including inputting and processing payments and supplier invoices
  • Generate weekly supplier payment runs and Bacs payments
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and manage company credit cards
  • Work with Excel spreadsheets to analyze and report financial data
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering telephone calls and responding to client and supplier inquiries

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and other financial software
