The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the commercial insurance sector and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. They will be responsible for answering incoming calls, helping client inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales and wider team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Answer incoming calls and help client inquiries
- Follow up with customers and obtain required documentation, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Maintain and update client records, ensuring all information is current and compliant with industry regulations
- Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and other documentation for clients
- Coordinate with insurers and underwriters to process policy amendments and renewals
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on commercial insurance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude
