We are seeking an experienced Finance Assistant at Recruit Select

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Invoicing Management: Process invoices accurately within agreed deadlines. Manage invoice queries from suppliers.
  • Purchase Order Management: Coordinate purchase orders from suppliers. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders.
  • Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships. Negotiate credit limits. Perform account reconciliations.
  • Daily Banking Tasks: Process payments. Input supplier invoices.
  • Weely Supplier Payment Run: Generate weekly supplier payment runs.
  • Bacs Payments: Generate Bacs payments.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Credit Card Management: Manage company credit cards. Process monthly statements.
  • Clients/Supplier Enquiries: Answer telephone calls. Deal with client/supplier enquiries.

We are looking for someone who has experience working with Excel spreadsheets.
