Full-time/Part-time Guest Services Coordinator

We are currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our reception team for either 5 days or 3 days a week, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist our guests at the reception, including timeshare owners, Hapimag shareholders, and hotel visitors.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out processes according to our high standards.
  • Handle reservations for all guest types and prepare their arrival details.
  • Promote and sell additional services and products available at the resort, such as tickets, excursions, and items from the honesty shop.
  • Provide genuine recommendations on various activities available in the region, including hikes, excursions, and cultural visits.
  • Prepare necessary information for other departments, including accounts, maintenance, and housekeeping.

Candidate Profile:

  • You have a passion for guest service and thrive on exceeding expectations.
  • You possess a hands-on approach and enjoy collaborating with team members across departments.
  • You are an effective communicator and also appreciate administrative responsibilities.
  • You have prior experience in a reception role within a hotel or similar setting.
  • You are proficient in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German, Italian, or Dutch is a plus.
  • You are familiar with administrative software, including internet and hotel property management systems.
