Job Description

This is a great opportunity for a hardworking Helpdesk Coordinator to join our client, an expanding local organisation, and make a valuable contribution to their continuing success.

The role involves coordinating maintenance requirements on behalf of residential housing tenants. This includes liaising with tenants over the telephone to schedule the repair or maintenance of properties, preparing job sheets, allocating work to the maintenance team, and logging details of all calls managed on the computer system.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking the progress of maintenance and repair jobs from initiation through to completion. They will also check with tenants once work has been completed to ensure they are happy with the service provided.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
