We are searching for a Built Environment Coordinator to join our facilities team at Career Legal, a leading London law firm.

About the Position

This role requires someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring seamless facilities operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Helpdesk Functionality: Provide effective helpdesk support to internal customers, addressing queries and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
  2. Contract Administration: Oversee the administration of contracts with contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms.
  3. Work Coordination: Coordinate the execution of pre-planned and reactive works, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
  4. Desk Booking Systems: Implement and maintain efficient desk booking systems to optimize office space utilization.
  5. Environmental Contributions: Participate in environmental initiatives and contribute to achieving the Net Zero 2030 target.
  6. Team Supervision: Guide and supervise the Facilities Assistant, Records Assistant, and General Office team members, conducting regular performance reviews.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and earn a competitive salary of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
