At Brethren in Christ U.S., we are seeking a Children’s Ministry Director to oversee our vibrant children’s ministry from birth to Grade 5. This is a full-time position that requires strong spiritual leadership, discipleship, and organizational skills.

The primary role of this position is to provide relational intelligence, eagerness to take initiative in continual learning, growing, and self-awareness. Key responsibilities include overseeing Sunday morning and midweek programs, recruiting and coaching volunteers, selecting biblically sound and age-appropriate curriculum, leading the children’s ministry leadership team, maintaining the children’s database and check-in system, coordinating with worship staff to oversee children’s choirs, and providing leadership to the after-school program for grades 1-5.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about ministry to children and has the ability to connect and partner with parents. Previous experience in children’s ministry is preferred, as well as a pastoral license or willingness to pursue licensure within the Brethren in Christ Church.

The salary range for this position is estimated at $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
