Kids Thrive is a pediatric day treatment program serving children ages 3 to 10 with expanding services across Ohio. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Technician (MHT) to serve as a center or school-based Group Facilitator.

Job Summary

The Group Facilitator is responsible for leading groups and supporting the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the Clinical Director while ensuring that the schedule/program is consistently delivered, clients are supervised, safety is maintained, and clients and families are treated with respect and dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Providing day treatment group services to children aged 3-10
  • Assists therapists and other providers with daily program delivery
  • Completes daily clinical documentation of provided services
  • Collects all necessary information for quality and program performance measures
  • Responsible for scheduling regular treatment team meetings and transition/discharge meetings when applicable
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or relevant work experience
  • Previous experience in a mental health or education setting working with young children
  • CPR certification and Handle With Care (HWC) within 30 days of employment

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
