**Key Qualities:**
Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as proficient IT skills and the ability to understand individual child needs. A full, valid UK driving licence and access to your own transport are also essential. You will work closely with our Health and Wellbeing Team to deliver therapeutic support and training for our children, providing individual and group therapy sessions to children and carers or family members. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through our Training Academy and contribute to a range of health and wellbeing initiatives within our organisation.
**What We Offer:**
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting the emotional and behavioural challenges faced by our children.
