North Lakes Children’s Services is seeking an experienced and compassionate Therapeutic Care Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that promotes emotional growth and stability among our residents.

About the Position
  • Cultivate a culture of trust, empathy, and understanding among residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Develop and lead therapy sessions focused on addressing individualised needs and goals.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to design and implement evidence-based programmes.

To excel in this role, you must hold a relevant diploma or degree in a field such as residential childcare, social work, or youth care. Previous experience in a similar capacity is highly desirable. A valid UK driving licence is required for this position.

Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in residential childcare, social work, or youth care.
  • Relevant experience in a therapeutic care setting.
  • Full UK driving licence.
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
