About the Role
As a Youth Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential home. This will involve working closely with the management team to develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.
Key Responsibilities
- Care and Support: Provide daily care and support to children and young people, including managing their physical and emotional well-being.
- Individualised Plans: Develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People's Workforce.
- Experience: Proven experience of working with children in residential care or similar settings.
