Youth Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Youth Support Specialist to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care, emotional support, and guidance to children and young people.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct support to children and young people, helping them navigate daily challenges.

- Developing strong relationships with children, fostering trust and security.
- Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create tailored care plans.

- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
