Job Description

We are seeking a Youth Mental Health Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering wellbeing sessions and group work to support children and young people's emotional health and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people in a wellbeing or mental health context and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver wellbeing sessions and group work to support children and young people's emotional health and wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
  • Work collaboratively with schools, community agencies and other stakeholders to deliver effective support.

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. social work, psychology, education).
  • Experience working with children and young people in a wellbeing or mental health context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
