We are looking for an experienced and motivated Speech and Language Therapist to take on a key leadership role within our Cumbria Children's Speech and Language service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to contribute to improving the health and wellbeing of children and families in North Cumbria.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of speech and language therapists, developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery, and working closely with operational managers to inform service development.

Key Responsibilities
  • To lead a team of speech and language therapists.
  • To develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
Requirements

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong background in speech and language therapy.
  • Experience working in a clinical leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
