About the Role:

The post is located within South Cumbria and will involve some travel between three adult homes.

You will be joining a well-established clinical team to facilitate MDT working, consisting of Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and an Assistant Psychologist.

The clinical team works closely with the wider care team and this enables positive and effective multi-disciplinary working across the staff teams, in order to maximise clinical outcomes for the adults we support.
