About the Role

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing psychological assessment and intervention for pupils within schools. Your expertise will guide education teams and support professional development training for staff. Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychotherapists, Psychologists, Assistant Psychologists, and Therapies Assistants to deliver high-quality services.

This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from universal to specialist service levels. You will be instrumental in supporting children and young people with EHCPs and addressing emerging needs.

  4. Maintain open communication with families, carers, and specialist agencies to ensure seamless collaboration.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of £52,500 - £62,500 (pro rata), depending on experience, reflects the value we place on your skills and dedication. Enjoy a better work-life balance with a 4-day week, paid for 5 days (*T&C's apply - following successful completion of the probation period).

We prioritize the safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our pupils and young people. Successful applicants will undergo social media checks and enhanced DBS clearance.
