Job Title: Site Operations Specialist

At Fawkes and Reece, we require an experienced Site Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all engineering activity, providing direction to the direct workforce and subcontractors, and ensuring the highest health, safety and environmental standards are met on site.

Key Responsibilities:
• Setting out with surveying equipment (GPS & Robotic Total Stations)
• Managing all engineering activity, providing direction to the direct workforce and subcontractors
• Quality control to ensure the standards are met in accordance to the design specifications
• Assisting in producing permits to break ground (CAT Scanning management)
• Liaising with the site team to approve materials ensuring they meet specification
• Keeping accurate records of progress reports, site diaries and resource allocations

Requirements:
• Experience of setting out on civil engineering projects
• Ability to manage all engineering activity, providing direction to the direct workforce and subcontractors
• Strong quality control skills, ensuring the standards are met in accordance to the design specifications
• Ability to liaise with the site team to approve materials ensuring they meet specification
• Ability to keep accurate records of progress reports, site diaries and resource allocations
