Lead Residential Service Director

Establish a new path in the children's residential sector as a Lead Residential Service Director with A Wilderness Way. We are the first Private Provider in England to be registered under the Multi-Building Registration Ofsted Policy Guidance.
We have an exceptional opportunity for a talented professional to lead our pioneering service, reporting directly to our Operations Manager. This role offers the chance to forge a new direction and drive positive change in the lives of children.
The successful candidate will oversee the leadership, management, and operation of their service, supporting children predominantly for around 4 months. They will work towards the progression and development of the children, setting the operational direction and ensuring the effective running of the service meets its statement of purpose.
This is an ideal opportunity for a creative and passionate individual who can collaborate with and support the team to create an exceptional service. The salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- At least 12 months managing a Residential Children's Home
- Extensive experience managing a team of support workers
- In-depth knowledge of the SCCIF and Children's Home Regulations and Quality standards
A full, valid, UK driving licence and access to your own transport are required for this position. Additional benefits include:
