Care Services Director

A highly experienced and skilled leader is required to manage our Residential Care facility in Keswick. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional care to individuals aged 65 and above, with a focus on those living with Dementia.
About the Role- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Care Services Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring high standards of care are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement effective strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided to residents.
- To lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to deliver exceptional care.
- To maintain open communication with residents, their families, and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
