Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Care Home Director to oversee the daily operations of our care home near Middlesbrough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained, managing budgets and financial plans, and directing and developing a multidisciplinary staff team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring that all aspects of care delivery meet the required standards.\
  • Manage budgets and financial plans, making informed decisions to optimize resources and achieve cost savings.\
  • Direct and develop a multidisciplinary staff team, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care.\
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation, including CQC requirements.\
