Children's Nursing Lecturer Opportunity

We are excited to announce a 12-month secondment opportunity for a lecturer position in Children's nursing at the University of Cumbria. As a lecturer, you will have the chance to work closely with our dynamic team of nurse educators, contributing to the delivery of high-quality education and research in children's nursing.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Teaching and assessment of students in children's nursing modules
  2. Module coordination and curriculum development
  3. Supporting students with their academic studies and clinical practice experiences
  4. Maintaining effective links with practice partners and employers
  5. Promoting nursing to prospective students and engaging with local communities

The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching and assessment, as well as a strong background in children's nursing. They will be able to demonstrate their passion for educating and mentoring students, as well as their commitment to promoting excellence in children's care.
