Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust (CNTW) is seeking a skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our Children's ADHD Service. Responsibilities:
• Support the diagnostic formulation process and intervention plans for children with ADHD
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
• Provide expert clinical supervision and guidance to junior staff members
• Participate in joint development reviews and contribute to the development of new services and initiatives
• Maintain accurate and contemporaneous records of patient care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
• Registered nurse with experience in a relevant field
• Degree or equivalent qualification in evidence-based psychological therapies
• ENB 998/P126/127 certification
• Safeguarding children and adults training
• Non-medical prescriber qualifications (if applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to manage a complex caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
