Childrens Healthcare Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of clinical protocols and pathways in the service, as well as supporting the service in implementing clinical effectiveness programs.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and excellent leadership skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop individuals within the team. You will work closely with the Childrens Specialist Services Leadership team to deliver the aims of the collaborative and provide a voice for the Occupational Therapy workforce.
The salary for this position is £65,000 per annum, which is commensurate with your experience. Our Trust is committed to delivering outstanding healthcare services and is focused on creating a centre of excellence in providing rural and remote healthcare.
