As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Oversee cash flow management, ensuring financial stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Director or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
