We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Services Director - Payroll to join our team at Austin Fraser. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations, implementing internal controls, and leading project tasks.

About the Role

The Financial Services Director - Payroll will be responsible for:

  • Managing payroll for the Group companies, including processing monthly payrolls and handling related queries.
  • Ensuring accurate processing of month-end payroll journals and year-end processes.
  • Handling payroll-related changes, such as starters, leavers, and amendments.
  • Implementing internal controls and improving payroll processes.
  • Leading project tasks, focusing on data analysis and business partnering.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to manage and process end-to-end payroll.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office packages.
  • Good commercial acumen with confidence in influencing senior stakeholders.
