About the Role

As a Pediatric Staff Nurse with North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team on the Children's Ward, working 36 hours per week on a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of nursing care to children, young people and their families.
  • Contribute to the operational and strategic management of the unit, actively participating in the development and implementation of quality initiatives.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £32,000-£42,000 per annum, depending on experience. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered nurse with a valid NMC registration and a passion for delivering exceptional care to children and families. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
