Brethren in Christ U.S. is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Family Pastor Lead to oversee our children’s ministry from birth to Grade 5. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage children and families in our church community.

Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with children and parents, while also providing leadership to our volunteer teams. You will work closely with our worship staff to oversee children’s choirs, and coordinate with our family ministries team to plan events and activities that promote family engagement.

This is a full-time position that requires a deep commitment to your faith and a passion for ministry to children and families. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
