About the Role

We're looking for a dedicated Children's Minister to provide spiritual guidance and support to our young members and their families.

This is a salaried position, with an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $85,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

  • Prior experience in children's ministry and a strong understanding of church operations are essential.
  • The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective strategies for engaging children and families in the life of the church.
  2. Liaise with worship staff to coordinate children's programming and events.
  3. Cultivate relationships with parents and caregivers to promote family involvement.
  4. Participate in broader congregational and denominational events as needed.
