This is an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial team as an Account Manager, playing a crucial role in strengthening our customer relationships and driving business growth.

As an experienced professional, you will collaborate closely with our Technical and Operational teams to deliver customer projects and develop our customer service and sales processes. Your exceptional communication and organizational skills will ensure seamless interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Present Anaphite's Offer: Effectively communicate our technology's benefits to customers, highlighting its advantages over competitors.
  2. Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers, promoting our technology's value proposition and driving business growth.
  3. Develop Processes: Collaborate with Operations and Finance Teams to enhance our customer service and sales processes, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of projects.
  4. Capture Customer Insights: Gather customer requirements, processes, and needs, feeding these insights into product development, customer delivery, and value proposition creation.
  5. Drive Account Planning: Create and execute customer account plans with our Commercial & Partnerships Lead, utilizing our CRM system to track progress and plan future opportunities.
  6. Sales Enablement: Support our Commercial & Partnerships Lead and CEO in developing and negotiating commercial agreements.
  7. Content Creation: Assist our Marketing and Communications Manager in producing engaging content for public and customer marketing campaigns.
  8. Project Coordination: Schedule and manage customer projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with data and quality control processes.
  9. Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding support to Anaphite's customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
  10. Representation: Represent Anaphite at events and in customer and supplier interactions, requiring international travel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Science, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience building customer relationships, delivering on strategic goals, and leveraging CRM systems.
  • Complex project management skills, including resource allocation and project success measurement.
  • Excellence in communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, resilience, and adaptability, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Travel may be required, with flexible working hours possible during peak periods.
