Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in South West England. As a key member of the Zest Business Group, you will be responsible for developing profitable growth in the independent optical market.
You will represent the company in the designated territory, managing accounts and their agreed sales volumes, values, and product mix. This role requires strong business relationships with customers, with a focus on delivering results and meeting targets.
The successful candidate will have previous B2B optical sales experience and the ability to work on own initiative to tight deadlines. They should also be able to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing.
The estimated salary for this role is around £45k per annum, with an excellent bonus scheme and a range of additional benefits.
