Customer Retention Executive

BMS Performance is seeking an experienced Customer Retention Executive to join our Key Accounts team.
Your main responsibility will be to retain existing clients within the construction sector, ensuring that they continue to use our services and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000, plus a £7.5k-£10k bonus scheme, as well as benefits including a £5k car allowance, mobile phone, laptop, and health care plan.
To succeed in this role, you will need 18-24 months prior experience in professional sales, preferably in the construction sector or waste management services. You should also possess strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships and influence decision makers, and a demonstrable track record in managing existing account bases.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients within the construction sector.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain regular contact with key decision makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
