The Job Description

This is a great chance to manage a portfolio of clients in the construction sector.

  1. You will build strong relationships with key decision makers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Your main goal will be to retain customers' spend from the prior year.
  3. You will work across the UK, communicating with clients by phone and meeting them face-to-face as needed.
Key Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales.
  • Selling experience in the construction sector or waste management services is a plus.
  • A charismatic personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
Salary and Benefits

The package includes:

  • Annual basic salary: £35,000.
  • Bonus: £7.5k-£10k per annum.
  • Car allowance: £5,000 or an electric/hybrid company car.
  • Mobile phone and laptop provided.
  • Healthcare plan.
  • 28 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (increasing to 33 days with service).
