Ambis is looking for a Customer Advocacy Specialist to work directly with clients. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers get the most out of the ERP software. Your main responsibility will be to collaborate closely with the support team, sales team, and implementation team to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.

About the Role

This is a home-based/hybrid role, with occasional trips to the office in Nottingham. You will be required to travel in both the UK and Ireland. As a direct report to the Product Manager, you will work closely with the Account Managers and deal with customers finding out what issues they have and how to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate closely with Support and Professional Services departments to minimize customer queries
  • Elevate awareness of available services and products among customers to enhance retention

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
