Adult Learning Disability Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a key role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling and independent lives.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred support to enable individuals to achieve their personal goals and ambitions. This may include helping them develop new skills, providing emotional support, assisting with daily tasks, and supporting them in their community.
We offer a competitive salary of £12 per hour, flexible working hours, and access to free nationally accredited training and qualifications. We also provide an Employee Council that represents the views of staff about matters relating to work.
