We are seeking an experienced Adult Care Worker to join our team in supporting adults with a learning disability. This role requires you to be compassionate, caring, and confident. You will empower individuals to live the lives they choose by providing personal and emotional support, and helping them develop new skills. Your daily activities may include planning and managing their home, supporting them in their community, or helping someone develop new skills.

No previous experience is required as we provide free training endorsed by Skills for Care. Our focus is on developing your skills and confidence in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of an inclusive team that shares our vision. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and willing to learn. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £12 per hour, flexible working hours, and opportunities for career development. You will also have access to a contributory pension scheme, free enhanced DBS check, and refer-a-friend bonus.
