**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Thera Trust. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations. You will work collaboratively with our team to develop personalized support plans, enabling individuals to live independently and confidently.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household management
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and other stakeholders
* Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery
