Job DescriptionAs a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing person-centred support to individuals with a learning disability. This may involve helping someone develop new skills, providing personal and emotional support, or assisting with daily tasks such as planning and managing their own home.
You will work closely with our teams to create innovative ways to support individuals achieve their own personal goals, aims, and ambitions. This is a fun and rewarding role that requires compassion, caring, and resilience. You will be empowered to make a positive difference in people's lives and help them live the lives they choose.
