">Job Description
">We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Pound Farms. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
">Key Responsibilities

- Deliver person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.">
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.">
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment that meets the needs of our service users.">

">We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
