About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality support and care to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives and achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred support and care to service users, promoting independence and empowerment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of person-centred plans, ensuring that individual needs and preferences are met
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
