About the Position:
We are seeking a talented and compassionate consultant to join our team as a specialist in learning disability psychiatry. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in providing high-quality patient care and be able to contribute to the development of our mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:
- To provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments and treatments for patients with learning disabilities.
- To work collaboratively with other healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- To contribute to service development, sharing expertise and best practices with colleagues.
Requirements:
- Ambitious and experienced consultant psychiatrist with significant experience in learning disability psychiatry.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
What We Offer:
- An annual salary of £76,755 - £103,441, depending on experience.
