We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Southbank. As a key member of the care team, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care and support to residents with learning disabilities.
You will work closely with the management team to ensure the provision of high-quality care services, including managing quality, compliance, and financial requirements. You will also be required to pioneer the electronic care system and participate in an active on-call rota.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires flexibility in working hours to support a 24hr service. In return, you will join a wider team that offers a range of benefits including 26 days annual leave, extra pay for special holidays and bank holidays, company pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, employee discount benefits, and life insurance.
The estimated salary for this position is £27,250 per annum, based on a 37-hour working week.
