Job Summary

A dedicated and experienced Social Worker is required to join our dynamic team at Randstad Care, working closely with children with disabilities and their families in Herefordshire. About the Role:
  • Provide tailored interventions to support children with disabilities and their families.
  • Collaborate with families, carers, and partner agencies to achieve positive results.
  • Manage complex cases with sensitivity and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.
  • Current Social Care England registration.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, legislation, and best practices.
