We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team at Flourish Education Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH. You will work collaboratively with the Primary School team to create an inclusive learning environment and support students across Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2).

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate SEND specialist to make a meaningful impact in local schools. As a SEND Teaching Assistant with Flourish Education, you'll enjoy a competitive pay rate of £85.95 per annum (based on working five days a week for a full school year) and benefits including PAYE or Umbrella payment options, 7% holiday pay for PAYE candidates, pension contributions, free Safeguarding and Prevent Duty training, and a £100 welcome bonus.

Requirements
  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in education or childcare
  • Experience working with children in UK schools
  • Knowledge of SEND and strategies to support pupils with Autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • A passion for supporting children's education and development
