Governance Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Governance Support Specialist to join our team in Hereford. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to Project Managers, develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and coordinate meetings and materials.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in governance administration, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely project delivery, develop key relationships, and coordinate meetings and project materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to Project Managers with renewal projects involving dates, pricing tables, and equipment management for loans, trials, and demonstrations.
  • Developing key internal and external relationships to ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Coordinating and arranging meetings and project materials for distribution as necessary.
  • Working in a team and office environment.
  • Some travel within the UK may be required.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, including a 25-day annual leave entitlement and opportunities for career development.
