Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Family Learning Specialist to join our team at RECRUITMENTiQ.

This exciting role involves developing and delivering Family Learning courses to families across Herefordshire, with a focus on promoting bonding and attachment between parents and their children.

The successful candidate will offer support to participants to build their confidence, motivation, and skills, while also providing guidance on relationship management and empathy for participants.

Key Requirements

Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Teaching qualification
  • Level 3 or above Early Years Qualification
  • Level 2 maths & English
  • Good administration skills
  • Basic IT Skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel)
  • Full UK Driving licence and own car

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience. Part-time (30 hours per week) Monday to Thursday term time only (39 weeks). This role requires travel across Herefordshire.
