We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales-focused roles and a track record of implementing successful customer retention and conversion strategies. They will be able to manage multiple stakeholders and leverage company-wide resources to address client satisfaction, growth, renewal, risk, or opportunity.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • ">
  • Building on and developing existing client relationships">
  • Understanding the scheme-based partnerships that are in place with the business and how they operate">
  • Identifying growth opportunities and providing solutions to meet the diverse and evolving needs of clients">
  • Leveraging company-wide resources to address client satisfaction, growth, renewal, risk, or opportunity">
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance lead generation, opportunity conversion, and penetration rates">
  • Resolving incidents promptly and implementing improvements based on incident analysis">
  • Identifying opportunities for individual and team development, fostering a culture of continuous learning">

- Proven experience in a sales-focused role

- Demonstrated success in lead acquisition and conversion

- Experience in managing client relationships with multiple stakeholders

- Track record of implementing successful customer retention and conversion strategies

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary range of **£40,000 - £55,000 per annum**, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including a competitive holiday allowance, death in service benefit, company pension scheme, enhanced maternity and paternity leave packages, flexible benefits package, discounted rates on PIB products, and much more.
