About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Consultant to join our Inpatients/Crisis Team in Hereford. The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning disability psychiatry and experience in providing clinical leadership in mental health teams. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Trust offers a competitive salary package, including £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits and perks. We also offer flexible and agile working opportunities, as well as a range of staff networks and discounts.
