Key Responsibilities:
- Originate new business and achieve commercial targets through managing inbound and outbound lead channels and cooperating with Marketing, Partnerships, and outsourced Telesales companies.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead-to-customer, executing sales activities and managing a healthy sales pipeline via telephone, virtual, and face-to-face client meetings.
- Analyze market trends and developments, identify ideal customer profiles, and develop a dynamic sales plan.
- Create relevant sales collateral and client-facing documents, establish a fully developed pipeline of new qualified leads, and nurture and close open sales opportunities.
- Act as a single point of contact for stakeholders during the onboarding process, manage deadlines, and ensure expectations are over-delivered.
- Report on activities and pipeline via CRM and frequent 121s, engage in marketing operations and events, grow your network, and work closely with cross-functional teams within Ant Group and Alibaba to support business development.
- Build your brand as a thought-leader at events, online, and to prospective clients by sharing industry trends and in-depth knowledge of our products and solutions.
- Focus on client business objectives, challenges, and needs, and apply value-based selling, making optimal use of CRM tools to store customer data and log activities.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, with additional EU languages a plus.
- Expert understanding of FX and international payment markets.
- Proven track record of exceeding new business sales targets.
- 3-5 years' experience in e-commerce or international trade.
- Deep understanding of the cross-border payment ecosystem and FX products.
- Focused, proactive, engaged, disciplined, responsible, and courageous in your sales role.
- Excellent convincing communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Ability and willingness to work autonomously, remotely, and independently.
