Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Belfast-based team in delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the branch, including managing external sales representatives, internal sales representatives, and van drivers.
About the Role:
- Manage the branch's operations, ensuring timely quotes, deliveries, and motivating the team to optimize performance.
- Assist at the trade counter and provide excellent customer service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification or time served in a related field is essential.
- An understanding of mechanical products is crucial for success in this role.
Benefits:
- £40,000 - £45,000 basic salary (OTE: £48,000 - £52,500)
- 5%-10% bonus potential
